Shared Web Hosting Cancellations

If you wish to discontinue hosting with Verio, please contact a web site consultant at 888-663-6648, and select option 1. If a refund is due you will receive it within 30 days of canceling your account. If no refund is due you will be notified by e-mail. For more information please see the Refund Policy.

VPS / MPS / SIGNATURE HOSTING / SHARED ORACLE Cancellations

Do it yourself by accessing the Customer Backroom at http://backroom.securesites.com/customer/. You may also e-mail vps-service@verio.net or call (800) 905-7675.

NOTE: If you are connecting to the Internet from behind a firewall, you may need to specify a network proxy to access the Customer Backroom. Contact your Firewall administrator for specific information about how this is accomplished for your internal network.
