If you have a hosting account with us, you can easily downgrade your account to a parked domain plan. All you need to do is downgrade to our Webmail plan. Webmail doubles as an e-mail service and as a parked domain plan. In addition -- and at no extra cost whatsoever to you -- it provides you with all of the following benefits and more:
  • An easy-to-use and powerful on-line webmail program
  • A domain pointer
  • E-mail forwarding
  • Redirecting capability
  • Several POP3 e-mail accounts
  • Limited disk space
  • The ability to access e-mail through any major Internet web browser

Note: Our Webmail plan does not support web files. Thus, file uploading (as, for instance, through FTP) is not available. For information about downgrading your hosting account, go to Changing Your Hosting Account Plan Type.

For information about all the features that are included in our Webmail plan, please visit our Webmail product page.

If you currently have a hosting account with us, you can register another domain and put it in Parked status. This can be accomplished by registering the domain in your Domain Manager tool. As the domain will be registered under an existing account, and not as an independent account, the domain will not have special properties such as e-mail forwarding. Regarding that domain, you will have only the ability to re-delegate name server information.

For information about registering another domain, go to Register Additional Domain Names.

For information about re-delegating name server information, go to Edit Domain Name Server Information.

If you do not have a hosting account with us, you can request a Parked plan (i.e. a Webmail plan). To request a Parked plan, please send an e-mail message to NTT/VERIO Sales.
