First, Log In to your control panel, and select Web Sites.
Next, choose the site you want to activate the WebmasterFTP User for. Please note, you cannot create additional WebmasterFTP Users for your primary web site.
Next, locate the Website Publishing and Setup icon, and select. You will note this site already allows the administrative user to FTP.
To create an additional FTP Webmaster user, set the password below.
Once the web site WebmasterFTP User has been enabled, the settings will be displayed.

You can also enable FrontPage Extensions for the Webmaster, or, disable the Webmaster FTP User completely.
